Testing out our event entry tickets, I “purchased” 9 tickets and added the guest information (name + email) for each one. However, only I received 1 confirmation email with ALL my guest’s QR code event tickets. Is there a certain selection that has to be made for each guest to receive their confirmation ticket email with their QR code?
Only the order purchaser will receive the ticket confirmation email. This functionality is not configurable at this time. I’ll share your feedback with our product team!
Ahh… okay. From our demo conversations, we got the idea that each individual got the ticket confirmation - and that’s why it asks for the ticket guest’s email. Yes, this would seem like an important function for the product team to work on adding. Thanks!
