Hello! We just moved over to Funraise and I want to export all our historical giving from Quickbooks to Funraise. If anyone has done this, I would appreciate any insights and support.
You can conduct an import on your own using Funraise’s bulk import tool. There’s an article with a helpful video that covers importing both historic donations and donors: Data Migration - Import Transactions & Supporters | Funraise
Although, if you have joined Funraise on a paid plan, there is an implementation team that will help you with this! Funraise has a hands-on implementation and onboarding process where they work with you to gather and import historic data. If you’ve joined with a paid plan, you can email support@funraise.org to get in touch with the team about this.
