Exporting Funraise Data & Delete Feature?

Thank you for adding the feature to import transaction and supporter information into Funraise.

May we also have an export feature? Particularly, since we integrate Funraise with Salesforce and data only writes one way. We anticipate there will come a time when we will need to mass manipulate data.

With the export feature, we would like to know the possibility/implications of the “delete” features on Funraise. This is raised because I tried to merge some test households together but it doesn’t seem to work intuitively.

Hi @lhuang23! You can export Supporter, Transaction, and other types of records. Here is an article that shows how to export Supporter records.

You can also format custom exports with the exact data you’d like to export using our premium reporting feature, Fundraising Intelligence.

At this time, Supporter records can not be deleted although our technical support team can lend a hand if needed.
