Our team has been using spreadsheets to manage tasks for projects but we are ready to invest in a project management tool, any tips?
Funraise’s creative team uses Asana and it is wonderful. You can arrange tasks in lists, calendar views, or Kaban boards (columns for To-Do, In Progress, Done). Assigning tasks to team members or projects is seamless. It’s really easy to get started - but Asana is also an enterprise product so you will be able to grow with it for sure.
Asana offers great notification and messaging features which has enabled our team to stay in the loop (and celebrate progress milestones) while working remotely.
