Hi! “Failed to create campaign site” error message keeps popping up. Any others experiencing this or suggest a fix?

This may happen if an organization attempts to create a new campaign site and you’ve already exceeded the active live site limit.

I believe your contract should include 10 sites. Can you let me know if you have 10 active sites created now?

Hi all!

We’ve updated this error alert message with a better description of the error when the campaign site creation fails due to reaching a limit of active campaign sites.

If you receive this error message, you can deactivate any campaigns you no longer need live or you can contact us to have more active campagin sites added to your plan.
